- move smoothly and efficiently on rock
- maximise the friction of the rock
- make the smallest holds work for you!
Location
The days will be based in the Lake District – exact location to be determined based on the weather and where participants are coming from.
Course size
Minimum 2 people for each course to run. Maximum 4 people per course.
